I havre identified using pictures on your site a pest that is getting into our house as a millipede.
Your site recommends spraying around the doors but I have never seen them near our doors. I have seen them (and removed them) frequently and have removed them from a butler's sink that is used episodically. Have you ever heard of this pests coming in through a sewer line? We are on septic and wells were we live and the other place I have removed them from is an old style claw-foot tub which is in proximity from the butler's sink. Both of these are right above the location where the sewer exits through the basement wall.
I have plugged both drains on these fixtures but thought I might write and ask if you have any thoughts.
Thank you
Millipedes can be found around damp harborages particularly in basements under washing machines and around sumps, bathrooms, etc. Millipedes cannot come through a sewer line, they are not aquatic. For the most part millipedes are limited to a few. In some instances for unknown reasons, millipedes can migrate in masses. Cold snaps usually end complaints. Outdoors remove any leaf litter, thick mulch, and hiding places near the house. Keep lawn regularly mowed. Seal any exterior cracks. Vacuum any millipedes inside.
